These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and misai8. 3. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are prohibited from registering.
4. No prior disqualification: You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the Platform by misai8.
5. Single registration: Each natural person may maintain no more than one registered Account on the Platform at any given time. Operating multiple concurrent accounts is strictly prohibited.

When creating an Account on misai8, you agree to the following obligations:

1. Accurate information: All information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number and any payment details — must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time security codes or authentication details with any third party under any circumstances.
3. Prompt notification: You must notify misai8 immediately via the email contact in Clause 14 if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.
4. KYC compliance: misai8 may, in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad, passport or proof of address. Submission of these documents may be required before certain account functions are activated.
5. Account ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other individual or entity.

5.1 Permitted use. The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial informational use only. Users may browse Content, consult guides and access educational materials for the purpose of making informed entertainment decisions.

5.2 Acceptable use standards. When using the Platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to treat other users and Platform staff with courtesy and respect at all times.

5.3 Prohibited activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing or attempting to access any Account other than your own;
• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar tools to extract Platform data without prior written authorisation;
• Uploading or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful;
• Attempting to circumvent any security or verification measure implemented by misai8;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Creating duplicate accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotional activity;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or payment details at any time.

5.4 Platform availability. misai8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. misai8 accepts no liability for losses attributable to such interruptions.

The following provisions govern all financial transactions processed through or in connection with the misai8 Platform:

1. Personal payment methods only: All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of associated funds.
2. Supported methods: Accepted Malaysian payment methods include, but are not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Supported methods may change without prior notice.
3. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in any applicable promotion.
4. Maximum deposit: Standard single-transaction limits are up to RM30,000 for bank transfers and up to RM10,000 for e-wallet transactions. Variations apply depending on the chosen method.
5. Currency: All deposits must be denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion and associated costs.
6. Processing times: e-Wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally processed instantly. FPX and online banking transfers typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.
7. Declined transactions: misai8 is not liable for deposits declined by payment providers. Users should contact their bank or e-wallet provider regarding declined transactions.

1. Eligibility: Withdrawal requests will only be processed once identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
2. Matching method: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in your own name and should, where possible, match the method used for the most recent deposit.
3. Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 1 to 3 business days. Complex verification requirements or high request volumes may extend this period.
4. Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50 unless otherwise specified.
5. Right to decline: misai8 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal where reasonable grounds exist to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
6. No liability for banking delays: misai8 accepts no liability for delays caused by the receiving bank, e-wallet provider or any other third-party payment intermediary once the withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on misai8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each respective offer. The following general provisions apply to all promotions:

1. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual offer terms.
2. One bonus at a time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus concurrently unless otherwise expressly stated in the offer terms.

• Reproduction, republication or redistribution of Content without prior written consent from misai8;
• Commercial use of any Platform Content in any format;
• Modification or creation of derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Removal or alteration of any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices attached to Content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content will constitute an infringement of misai8's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, misai8, its directors, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling or betting activities conducted in reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any Content, including payment processing time estimates, RTP figures or bonus descriptions;
• Loss of data, login access or account information resulting from technical failures, unauthorised access or user error;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banking providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow or FPX infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit misai8's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

misai8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that a User does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
• Provision of false or misleading registration or payment information;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 5.3;
• Fraudulent, collusive or otherwise dishonest conduct;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the User.

Upon account termination, any outstanding balance that is not subject to a pending investigation or bonus restriction will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. misai8 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the termination of an Account where such termination was made on reasonable grounds.

Users may also choose to close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting misai8 through the email address stated in Clause 14.

misai8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last reviewed" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, misai8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a visible notice on the Platform or by email where contact details are available. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure pursuant to Clause 12.
